These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ezg888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ezg888.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by ezg888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, terminated, or suspended by ezg888 for breach of this Agreement.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

ezg888 reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility condition may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited real-money funds.

Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ezg888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice.

During registration, Players are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information including, but not limited to, their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Players must notify ezg888 promptly of any changes to their registered information.

As part of our KYC obligations, ezg888 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents typically include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 3 months) as proof of address
• Screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement showing FPX transaction, e-wallet account confirmation)

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. ezg888 is not liable for any delays to withdrawals attributable to a Player's failure to submit requested documentation in a timely manner.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling purposes without express written authorisation from ezg888.
• Use any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its games in a manner not permitted by ezg888.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings attributable to a technical error may be voided at ezg888's discretion.
• Use the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Share your Account login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, location, or any other eligibility criterion during registration or at any subsequent time.

ezg888 monitors Platform activity for compliance with these Terms of Use. Players found in violation may have their Accounts suspended, balances confiscated, and access permanently revoked. ezg888 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

ezg888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of local payment channels including DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC; such deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. ezg888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Players must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for their initial deposit, where technically possible. ezg888 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request at its discretion.

ezg888 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within a few minutes to a few hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, volume of pending requests, and any additional verification requirements. ezg888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

ezg888 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

ezg888 offers a range of promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., X15 on a MYR 100 bonus = MYR 1,500 total bets required).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per individual bet or spin is MYR 300 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer, table games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%). Refer to individual promotion pages for specific contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements met within the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses are cancelled without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ezg888 reserves the right to exclude Players from specific promotions at its discretion, including in cases where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

ezg888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused or manipulated a promotional offer in any way — including through coordinated play, the creation of duplicate accounts, or the exploitation of technical errors — may have their bonuses cancelled, accounts suspended, and balances reviewed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

ezg888 employs advanced fraud detection and behavioural analytics systems to identify suspicious patterns. Players under investigation may have their withdrawal facilities temporarily suspended. ezg888's decisions regarding fair play violations are final.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ezg888 name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ezg888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ezg888.

Any unauthorised use of ezg888 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezg888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any Services.
• Any technical error, interruption, suspension, or failure of the Platform, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, hardware failure, software defect, or any other reason.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any loss of data or information in connection with the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred by you as a result of your use of the Platform.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by ezg888.

ezg888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus terms.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 180 days.

In the event of Account closure due to a Player's breach of this Agreement, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits may be returned to the Player's verified payment method at ezg888's discretion following investigation.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. All outstanding wagers will be settled before closure is finalised.

ezg888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible directly from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options.

All Players are strongly encouraged to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances and to treat gambling solely as a form of entertainment. Gambling should never be used as a means to recover financial losses or as a source of income.

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. ezg888 enforces this restriction through mandatory age verification during the KYC process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the applicable regulatory authority under which ezg888 holds its operating licence. ezg888's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus determinations, and Account reviews are final pending any applicable regulatory review.

ezg888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, ezg888 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players through a prominent notice on the Platform or via registered email.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for the current version of these Terms & Conditions. ezg888 accepts no liability for any Player's failure to be aware of changes that were published in accordance with this clause.
